Course Summary

This workshop will consist of scientific and practical applications of breath as it pertains to movement efficiency within the Pilates Environment. Emphasis will be placed on how breath facilitates movement and how movement facilitates breath. Comparison will be performed between varying styles of breathing within the Pilates community and what is facilitated with each style of breathing. Discussion will follow pertaining to the question “Is there a right way to breathe?”
